Clara Production and Creative Team
Aly Michaud: Producer/Director/Co-Creator
Digital marketing manager at Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park by day, freelance artist and arts marketer by night, Aly is thrilled to bring this very personal production to life. Clara is inspired by Aly’s 94-year-old grandmother, and she is ever grateful to the real Clara and to her entire family for their support during this process. Aly made her freelance debut in 2014 as the marketing associate for Queen City Flash, and she was part of the production team for the 2015 Producer’s Pick of the Fringe, Chemistry. As a dancer she trains at Planet Dance Cincinnati and performs with Pones in Public. As an aerialist she trains at Bella Forza Fitness. Her choreography was seen in the Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park’s Off the Hill production of The Short Tree and the Bird that Could Not Sing, in Indian Hill High School’s production of Fiddler on the Roof and at competitions throughout the Tristate with Wilmington Performing Arts Studio. Aly has a degree in Business from Wittenberg University, where she was heavily involved in theatre and dance.
